The new level of food allowance from 1.1.2026 further

In accordance with the provisions of the annexes to the collective agreements of activities and professions in the public sector (Official Gazette of RS, No.. 136/22) the amount of allowance for meals during work is adjusted every six months with the increase in the prices of food products based on data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia.

Statistični urad Republike Slovenije je Ministrstvu za javno upravo posredoval podatek, that the growth rate of food prices is (total food and soft drinks for the period July - December 2025) 0,999. Based on the indicated rate of growth of food prices, the amount of the allowance for meals during work from 1. January 2026 of 30. junija 2026 rating 7,40 euro.

Amounts of separation allowance reimbursements, per diems for business trips in the country, jubilee awards and solidarity aid for the period from 1. January 2026 of 31. December 2026 amount to:

1. Compensation for living apart: 177,33 euro.

2. Per diem for business travel in the country:

– they 12 ur: 26,99 euro,

– they 8 up to and including 12 ur: 13,46 euro,

- from 6 up to and including 8 ur: 7,38 euro.

3. Jubilee award:

– for 10 years of service: 364,33 euro,

– for 20 years of service: 546,49 euro,

– for 30 years of service: 728,66 euro,

– for 40 years of service: 728,66 euro.

4. Solidarity aid: 728,66 euro.
