The union to its members, the following rights:
- protection, if it was due to industrial action placed in a less favorable position, victimized or otherwise discriminated against,
- legal protection – legal advice and representation,
- assistance of a mediator in disputes, which can be solved through mediation,
- special protection of the rights of trade union representatives,
- negotiate on behalf of all employees in municipalities at all levels of the union.
