Negotiations between public sector unions and the Government to continue

At the last meeting of the negotiating committee, 11.4.2016, the union side presented new negotiating proposal for the gradual release of the remaining measures in the area of ​​labor costs in the public sector. The remaining measures, relating to annual holiday, premium of collective supplementary pension insurance for civil servants (KDPZ) and on a regular basis of merit and job performance from the sales of goods and services on the market, to be in their proposal to relax until the end 2019. on the formula, it is in order to determine the permissible framework, growth in labor costs in the public sector during the period 2017 – 2020 proposed government site, and according to which labor costs in the public sector so exalts, that each year do not exceed nominal GDP growth minus 1,5 o.t., union side does not accept. The trade unions believe, that their proposal on the release of the remaining measures in the period 2017 – 2019 at the same time also means limit the potential growth in labor costs in this period, which means, that according to the government proposal in labor costs 2017 exceeded the permitted framework for 138 million € and in 2018 to 53 My €.

The latest proposal from the government side means, that labor costs in 2017 increased 110 My € (there is an effect, which is due to release already agreed wage scale and payments already agreed promotions of the year 2016), v letu 2018 to the mass has increased to 68 My €, v letu 2019 to 114 million € and in 2020 to 110 My €. The total weight increase of labor costs in the period 2017 – 2020 amounted 402 mio € ali 8,9%.

The latest proposal from the union side means, to the mass of the labor costs in 2017 increased 248 My €, v letu 2018 to 125 million € and in 2019 to 90 My €. The total weight increase of labor costs in the period 2017 – 2019 amounted 463 mio € ali 10,2%.

A trade union proposal for both the 2017 of 2019 predvideva skupno povečanje mase stroškov dela za 463 My €, which means according to the government's proposal for what 171 € million greater increase in weight for labor costs. Increasing the weight for labor costs would the Government's proposal for a three-year period 2017 of 2019 amounted 292 My €.
